Situated just 250 metres from the coast road which adjoins kilometres of natural beaches the villa is in the centre of the Mojácar Playa but contained within a private garden in a quiet residential road

This villa is ideal for a family holiday with many of the previous groups of visitors being multiple families of different branches of the same family - often meeting in the villa from different countries
