Dave & Lyn came to to live in Mojacar some 8 years ago after retiring from their previous occupations

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Dave & Lyn had their property built specially for them - first buying the plot of land then commissioning an architect to build a modern house that would reflect their personalities

Their choice was to be amongst other properties but away from the crowds on the Playas - this resulted in a delightful property with sea views but also an awareness of the mountains
