This is a fantastic villa for a family holiday. The property is spread over 3 floors. The master suite is situated on the top floor and has two private terraces and access to the roof terrace.
The second and third bedrooms are on the lower floor with patio doors opening on to the pool terrace.
All bedrooms are well proportioned and easily incorporate the beds used in the current sleeping arrangement. Comfort has not been jeopodised by making two of the bedrooms into family rooms.
The whole of the middle floor is given over to living space with patio doors leading to main terrace with BBQ and outside dining area.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated 5 minutes drive from the beach
Golf
There are many golf courses in the immediate ara including, Marina de la Torre 3km, Macenas 3km. Desert Springs and Valle del Este.
Travel
Almeria Airport 50 minutes. Alicante Airport 2 hours. Murcia Airport 1 hour 45 minutes.
Distances
With-in walking distance of the bars and restaurants of La Parata.
The white village of Mojacar Pueblo 10 mins drive. Turre Village 15mins drive.
Garrucha 15 mins drive. Vera 20 mins drive.
Prices
July, August and first week in September is 1700 € per week.
June & October is 1500 € per week.
All other times is 1300 € per week.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is require on booking. Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros cash is also required on arrival - this is to be returned on leaving the property with no damage.
